About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to promote a culture of sustainability and safety within our manufacturing plants worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing action plans, preventive measures, and driving the implementation of our HSE standards and management system.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve our HSE management system, standards, and processes to ensure alignment with our corporate HSE strategy and plant HSE teams.
- Define HSE standards and requirements for third-party manufacturers to ensure compliance with our sustainability goals.
- Support functional management on HSE issues and communicate effectively with plant HSE teams.
- Coordinate HSE activities across all manufacturing plants to enhance safety culture and reduce risks.
- Support engineering teams on new product design and industrialization projects, ensuring HSE considerations are integrated into the development process.
- Perform specialist HSE tasks, such as hazardous material evaluation, to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Drive diverse HSE improvement and optimization projects within manufacturing, collaborating with headquarters and plant teams to achieve sustainability goals.
- Lead data collection methods for manufacturing plants regarding HSE parameters and reports, including data required for Sustainability reporting.
- Audit plants to evaluate the implementation of our HSE management system and identify areas for improvement.
Your Profile:
- University degree in Engineering or a similar technical field with Health and Safety Advisor Training.
- Additional environmental qualification is desirable.
- At least 2 years of experience in the role of Health, Safety, and Environment specialist in a manufacturing environment.
- High English language proficiency (working language).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Good intercultural awareness.
- Ability to work in teams and rely on data for decision-making.
