Key Responsibilities:

  • Disassemble and assess bearings during removal processes
  • Utilize mechanical cleaning, automated washing, and drying techniques to maintain bearings and components
  • Conduct thorough inspections of individual parts and complete bearing assemblies using specialized tools
  • Replace faulty components, apply lubrication, preserve, and reassemble bearings in accordance with cleanliness standards
  • Verify main dimensions after assembly, prepare for shipping, and potentially deliver to clients
  • Complete all required documentation and administrative responsibilities
  • Grind intermediate rings while measuring and evaluating
  • Establish and execute quality control measures to achieve a zero-defect standard
  • Generate measurement reports and take necessary corrective actions

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in metalworking or a related field (e.g., machine operation)
  • Experience and expertise in bearing manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work independently with a strong focus on quality, commitment, and adaptability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
