We are currently seeking a highly motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Diabetes) to join our team in the following regions: Landau, Bad Bergzabern, Edenkoben, Kandel, Woerth, Karlsruhe, and Ettlingen.

Your Responsibilities
  • Engage in sales conversations with specialist groups within medical practices, clinics, and pharmacies, utilizing a range of communication channels to adapt to the evolving digital landscape.
  • Implement the sales and marketing strategies developed by our business unit.
  • Develop and execute area action plans, optimize contact route planning, and manage event logistics.
  • Organize and conduct training events for specialist groups, incorporating both traditional and digital formats.
Your Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Diabetes field (experience with Type 2 Diabetes/Diabetologists & General Practitioners specializing in DPP4 Inhibitors, SGLT2 Inhibitors, and GLP1 Agonists is highly beneficial. Knowledge of Insulin is less critical).
  • Possess a scientific background (ideally a university degree) or have completed training as a Certified Pharmaceutical Representative.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of successful experience as a Pharmaceutical Representative.
  • Extensive experience interacting with medical practices and clinics.
  • Exhibit strong sales ambition and exceptional sales skills.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Demonstrate a sense of responsibility, independence, and ethical conduct.
  • Practice value-oriented selling and prioritize customer needs.
  • Be proficient in digital IT skills and utilize all communication channels effectively to serve customers.
  • Have strong spoken and written English language abilities.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
