Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Experten, der sich auf die Rolle des Technischen Service Owners spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat wird Teil des IT Workplace Teams sein und verantwortlich sein für die Optimierung des internen Tagesgeschäfts.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Optimierung des internen Tagesgeschäfts: Der Kandidat wird die Prozesse und Verfahren im IT Workplace Teams analysieren und optimieren, um die Effizienz und Produktivität zu steigern.
  • Verantwortung für den technischen Service: Der Kandidat wird für die Bereitstellung und den Support von Standard-Applikationen, insbesondere MS Office, verantwortlich sein.
  • Zuständigkeit für die Softwarebereitstellung: Der Kandidat wird sicherstellen, dass die Softwarekomponenten korrekt installiert und konfiguriert sind.
  • IT-Inventarisierung: Der Kandidat wird die Software- und Hardwarekomponenten mittels Ivanti UEM inventarisieren und aktualisieren.
  • Etablierung eines nachhaltigen Client Compliance Reportings: Der Kandidat wird ein Reporting-System etablieren, um die Compliance von Client-Systemen zu überwachen.
  • Durchführung von IT Workplace Projekten: Der Kandidat wird IT-Workplace-Projekte durchführen und Userschulungen anbieten.
Voraussetzungen

  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in MS Office und PowerShell: Der Kandidat sollte umfassende Kenntnisse in MS Office und PowerShell haben.
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Windows 10 und 11: Der Kandidat sollte ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Windows 10 und 11 haben.
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und bist zertifiziert: Der Kandidat sollte bereits erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement haben und zertifiziert sein.
