Instant Payments Business Functional Analyst

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Functional Analyst, der sich auf Instant Payments spezialisiert hat, um unsere globale Instant Payments-Team zu unterstützen. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie als BFA (Business Functional Analyst) mit verschiedenen Squads zusammenarbeiten und mit Stakeholdern innerhalb und außerhalb der Bank koordinieren.

Als Business Functional Analyst sind Sie verantwortlich für die Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen und die Entwicklung von Lösungen, die unsere Geschäftsziele erfüllen. Sie werden als Experte für unsere Instant Payments-Engines fungieren und die Lücke zwischen Geschäftsanforderungen und technischer Umsetzung überbrücken, um einen agilen End-to-End-Workflow zu ermöglichen.

Wir erwarten von Ihnen, dass Sie:

  • Erfahrungen als BFA in einer agilen Umgebung und kontinuierlicher Lieferung haben
  • Testunterstützung und bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit leisten
  • Tiefe analytische Fähigkeiten und einen hohen Grad an Neugier haben, bereit, sich in die Details zu vertiefen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Problemlösungseinstellung und Teamarbeit haben
  • Fähigkeiten, Teammitglieder zu coachen und zu betreuen, sowie Hindernisse zu beseitigen und Teamarbeit zu erleichtern
  • Expertenkenntnisse in Confluence, Jira und JQL haben, kontinuierliche Selbstverbesserung und Lernbereitschaft
  • Proaktivität und Selbstorganisation, Einfühlungsvermögen und zwischenmenschliche Problemlösungsfähigkeiten haben
  • Zahlungskenntnisse, fließendes Englisch haben
