Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP HCM Consultant, der sich auf die Energiewirtschaft spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Gestaltung der Zukunft der Energiewirtschaft mitwirken und die Digitalisierung vorantreiben.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Anwendungsbetreuung im Bereich SAP HCM mit Schwerpunkt in den Modulen Personalabrechnung, Personaladministration und Zeitwirtschaft
  • Koordination und Umsetzung von Systempflegeaktivitäten (Customizing)
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen via First Level, Second Level und Third Level Support
  • Laufende Betreuung und Wartung bestehender Anwendungen und Schnittstellen in der HCM-Landschaft
  • Konzeption, Entwicklung und Einführung von neuen Lösungen oder Weiterentwicklungen für personalwirtschaftliche Prozesse auf Basis von SAP HCM
  • Übernahme von (Teil-) Projektleitung, perspektivisch auch in Transformationsprojekten SAP R/3 zu S/4HANA
  • Präsentation vor Arbeitskreisen und Lenkungskreisen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Kundenworkshops
  • Technische Betreuung und Ansprechpartner für die digitale Personalakte
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Systempatches zum Halbjahr und Jahreswechsel
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs in der Geschäftsanbahnung, Ausschreibungen und Angeboten
  • Ansprechpartner für externe HR-Dienstleister
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik bzw. Wirtschaftsinformatik, alternativ erfolgreich absolvierte Weiterbildung zum geprüften Personalkaufmann (IHK) bzw. anderweitige Aneignung berufsrelevanter Kenntnisse
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der SAP HCM-Beratung, insbesondere in den Modulen PA, PY, PT, OM
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Entgeltabrechnung und Personaladministration
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors, HCM-Berechtigungswesen, SAP Fiori ESS/MSS und ESS/MSS WebDynpro und im Customizing der Personalkostenplanung wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung als (Teil-) Projektleiter
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
