Project Overview:

Our client is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors (EC) Consultant to:

  • Maintain Operations: Ensure the smooth running and operational efficiency of their 'Employee Central' solution.
  • Project Involvement: Work on a critical SAP SuccessFactors project involving the integration of a substitute archive system, including OpenText within SAP SuccessFactors for managing 'Employee Data'.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Expertise: Provide expert-level support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willing and able to travel if required.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English (verbal and written).
  • Functional Expertise: Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors functional consulting, with a strong ability to customize and configure within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven skills in managing stakeholders and end users effectively.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willing and able to travel if required.
