Assembly Worker

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Worker (m/f/d) to join our team at aba Logistics GmbH in Friedrichshafen. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components of aluminum/steel structures according to drawings and parts lists.

• Assemble mechanical components of aluminum/steel structures according to drawings and parts lists, with a focus on Shelter solutions
• Independently inspect systems and components before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy
• Operate overhead cranes, pallet jacks, and other tools to efficiently manage production
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of orders and projects
• Train and mentor apprentices, interns, and temporary staff to develop their skills and knowledge

• Completed vocational training in the metal and/or wood industry
• Previous experience as an Assembly Worker (m/f/d) in a similar role
• Strong reading comprehension skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings
• Flexibility to work in shifts and a valid driver's license are preferred
• Excellent knowledge of German language and culture
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a flexible and resilient attitude
