Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Group-Ips, a multidisciplinary project management and engineering company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading diverse projects in the life science industry, from conceptual to detailed engineering, construction management, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget
  • Supervise daily operations and activities of the project team
  • Prepare status reports for top management and ensure project files are on schedule
  • Establish metrics for measuring key project criteria
  • Identify and evaluate critical path activities and develop contingency plans
  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure efficient project execution
Requirements
  • Master of Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience in international engineering projects within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Leadership experience and ability to train and mentor junior staff
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to work with diverse teams
