We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team at Lush, a company that's passionate about creating handmade, fresh, and sustainable cosmetics. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect products and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Assist customers in finding the right products, answering questions, and making recommendations
  • Process transactions, handle returns, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting atmosphere
  • Contribute to sales goals and targets, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
