Master Craftsman/Production Area Manager - Profile Machining (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production team in the profile machining department
• Develop and implement efficient production processes to meet quality and productivity targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
• Monitor and control production costs to optimize profitability
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and innovation

Requirements:

• Master Craftsman or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
• Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in the aluminium industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
