About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Project Manager to join our team at Swisslog. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: You will lead the software development team, including Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, and Testers, to deliver high-quality software projects.
  • Process Management: You will ensure that Swisslog processes and the use of our tools are implemented and followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Expertise: You will be responsible for technical aspects of smaller projects and work closely with the team to ensure that technical requirements are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with our customers and colleagues in the EMEA region to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: You have a degree in a technical field, such as electronics or computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: You have proven experience in software project management in a technical context.
  • Soft Skills: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: You have a strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools, with experience in project management software.
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English and German, with additional languages being an asset.
