Netze ODR GmbH is seeking a proficient Electrical Project Leader to enhance our project management team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and implementing construction initiatives related to switchgear within substations and electrical infrastructure.

• Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of construction activities pertaining to switchgear installations in substations and switching facilities.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep of structural elements within substations and switching stations.
• Planning and Design: Engage in comprehensive project planning, including design phases, approval workflows, cost estimations, and material logistics.
• Supervision: Monitor construction projects, manage budgets, and assure quality standards in collaboration with subcontractors.
• Safety Oversight: Conduct security assessments of ongoing projects and manage the acceptance of equipment.
• Database Management: Maintain and oversee the equipment database within the GIS system (ARC-FM), alongside calculating and preparing service proposals.

• Education: Completed training in Electrical Engineering, complemented by further qualifications as a Master or Technician, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Previous involvement in station and switchgear construction is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications; familiarity with GIS systems (ARC-FM) is a plus.
