Marketingabteilung

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von (Online-)Marketing- und Vertriebsstrategien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern zur Identifizierung und Umsetzung neuer Ideen
  • Unterstützung bei der Leadgenerierung
  • Mitwirkung an unseren Recruitment-Marketingprozessen

Dein Profil:
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau)
  • Studium im Bereich Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre (oder vergleichbar) oder kürzlich abgeschlossen
  • Erste Erfahrungen im (Online-)Marketing sind von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft, selbstständig neue Themen zu erarbeiten und Wissen zu erweitern
  • Freude an der Optimierung von Prozessen und Übernahme von Verantwortung
