About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Cybersecurity team as a (Senior) Manager.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing our Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure the highest level of security for our clients.
- Implementing and managing security solutions such as SIEM, SOAR, DER, XDR, CAM, and VM to protect our clients' assets.
- Analyzing security incidents and providing recommendations for security strategy optimization.
- Developing measures for cyberattack detection and defense to safeguard our clients' interests.
- Coordinating incident response activities to minimize the impact of security breaches.
- Providing guidance and training to clients on cybersecurity best practices to ensure they are equipped to protect themselves.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT security with a focus on cybersecurity.
- A strong passion for IT security and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
- Experience with SOC methods and procedures.
- Knowledge of security standards and frameworks.
- Relevant security certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A high level of responsibility and a strong work ethic.
