Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Trainer/In to join our team in Mannheim. As a Technical Trainer/In, you will be responsible for delivering training and support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer projects and have project responsibility for training projects
  • Be responsible for the timely and cost-effective execution of training projects
  • Provide product-specific knowledge on image processing and deliver competent user training for our customers' employees
  • Be the point of contact for service and training inquiries and provide sales support
  • Coordinate the exchange between our internal departments (such as technology and sales) and external customers
  • Additionally, support the service and support of already installed image processing and robot vision systems

Requirements

  • You have a degree or diploma in automation technology, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
  • You bring initial professional experience in an industrial company, preferably in the field of service/customer training
  • You have good technical knowledge in the field of automation and handling technology
  • You think and act independently, goal- and result-oriented
  • You convince through a secure appearance, are communicatively strong and a dynamic team player
  • You have good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
  • Your willingness to travel is a plus
