Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie arbeiten als (Junior) Consultant SAP/Business Process Consultant in interessanten und innovativen Projekten und unterstützen unsere Kunden dabei, ihre Projekte erfolgreich durchzuführen.
  • Sie beraten unsere Kunden beim Prozessdesign, bewerten die Kundenanforderungen, stimmen diese auf die Geschäftsprozesse ab, konzeptionieren die Abbildung mittels SAP-Lösungen in einer Gesamtlösungsarchitektur und sorgen für die Implementierung.
  • Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden auch bei der Geschäftsprozessanalyse, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse – von der Identifizierung der Prozesse mit Potenzial für Effizienzsteigerungen, über die Prozessberatung, Prozessoptimierung/-automatisierung bis hin zur Prozessintegration.
  • Sie entwickeln Lösungen mit Process Mining (z. B. mit Celonis, UiPath, Signavio) und/oder Robotic Process Automation (z. B. mit UiPath, SAP Intelligent RPA).
  • Sie arbeiten flexibel in interdisziplinären Projektteams.
  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die Ihnen übertragenen Aufgaben und reagieren auf Kundenanforderungen eigenverantwortlich, flexibel und pragmatisch.
  • Sie tragen durch Teamfähigkeit, methodisches Arbeiten und Ihre ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten maßgeblich zum Projekterfolg bei.
  • Perspektivisch möchten wir Sie auf theoretischer wie auch auf praktischer Ebene für die Rolle als Berater und Projekt Manager von SAP- und Prozessprojekten qualifizieren und spezialisieren.
Ihr Profil
  • Sie haben Ihr Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften oder ein vergleichbares Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Sie bringen erste bis fundierte Erfahrungen in einem SAP Modul wie FI, CO, PS, MM, SD, QM, PP, PM mit oder verfügen über erste bis fundierte Kenntnisse in Geschäftsprozessen.
  • Vorteilhafterweise haben Sie erste Programmiererfahrungen bspw. in SAP ABAP, ABAP OO oder einer vergleichbaren Sprache gesammelt.
  • Vorteilhaft sind ebenso erste Erfahrungen in einem der oben genannten Tools für Process Mining oder zur Robotic Process Automation sowie die Bereitschaft sich gerne in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten.
  • Sie punkten mit Ihren guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen.
  • Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke runden Ihr Profil ab.
