Job Overview

As the Employer Branding Lead at Delivery Hero, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's employer brand and attracting top talent worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative work environment at one of the world's leading delivery companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy that reflects Delivery Hero's organizational goals and values.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to create compelling narratives that highlight our culture, employer value proposition (EVP), and values to attract and retain top talent.
  • Optimize and manage our digital presence across platforms, including social media and career pages, to amplify our employer brand globally.
  • Work closely with TA, Communications & Marketing teams to build branding/marketing materials and leverage appropriate platforms.
  • Lead the planning and execution of both online and offline employer branding campaigns and events to increase brand awareness and attract top talent.
  • Partner with Marketing and PR teams to effectively promote events across multiple channels, ensuring maximum reach and brand visibility.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure the delivery of impactful, cost-efficient experiences with measurable ROI.
  • Build and foster an internal and external EB community within Delivery Hero and across markets to support branding efforts.
  • Develop initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and cultivate a vibrant employer brand community.
  • Oversee and enhance Delivery Hero's LinkedIn presence, driving engagement and brand awareness with talent across Europe, Turkey, and APAC.
  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy that reflects key messages, showcases Delivery Hero's values, and highlights industry leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition.
  • Expertise in managing digital platforms and social media, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Experience in organizing and executing events, with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with an ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and budget management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams.
