Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Product Categorization Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting and categorizing a variety of smartphones and tablets, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough visual and technical inspections of smartphones and tablets to identify any damage or defects.
  • Use our proprietary testing software to evaluate the performance of devices and ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Document the inspection process through photographic evidence and detailed notes.
  • Process and categorize received goods, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Pack and ship merchandise to new and existing customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic devices, particularly smartphones and tablets, is a plus but not required.
