EHS Engineer

We are seeking an experienced EHS Engineer to join our team at Koch Engineered Solutions. As an EHS Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the environment.

• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and education to employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS, with a focus on industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
