Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Schmitz Cargobull AG. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our field sales representatives and clients, ensuring seamless communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the principal contact for field sales personnel and customers.
  • Prepare financing proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Gather and assess credit documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of credit applications.
  • Manage the dispatch, verification, and follow-up of contract documents.
  • Address customer inquiries during the bidding phase and for ongoing contracts.
  • Oversee correspondence related to current financing agreements, including insurance processing and account reconciliation.
  • Handle payment delays and initiate pre-legal collection actions.
  • Enhance and streamline inside sales processes.
  • Support the generation of reports for management review.

Candidate Profile:

  • Completed commercial education with a focus on business administration.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the banking industry.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer interactions via telephone.
  • Interest in developing and refining processes.
  • Ability to work in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of commitment.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Proactive in gaining professional knowledge.
