Are you interested in independently executing business-focused change management strategies for our private equity and small to medium-sized enterprise clients, thereby delivering measurable results for shareholder-driven, expanding companies?

As a specialist in (digital) business models, processes, and tools, you will serve as a change agent directly at the client’s location, adeptly applying customized guidance within the scope of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Alongside a thorough professional onboarding process, which includes a mentorship system, you will gain valuable insights into the transaction sector and the private equity landscape from the outset. Anticipate engaging and significant responsibilities, such as:

  • Evaluating the effects of procedural and organizational modifications following company acquisitions and divestitures in the private equity sphere.
  • Creating tailored change management, communication, and training strategies based on our consulting team's recommendations and in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Assuming responsibility for the planning, facilitation, and execution of initiatives, as well as managing communication efforts and organizing workshops.
  • Tracking and assessing the progress of implemented change initiatives and project milestones.
Qualifications

You possess a robust analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, are a true team player with practical skills, and are committed to collective success. Furthermore, you identify with the following:

  • Several years of professional experience in Change Management, ideally within management consulting, with an emphasis on finance/transactions, IT, and innovation.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Informatics, or a closely related field.
  • Rapid comprehension abilities and a keen interest in exploring new subjects in depth.
  • A profound understanding of business models and awareness of the latest industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for project-related activities.
