Your Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with product selection and answering inquiries about our baked goods.
  • Prepare a variety of snacks and coffee specialties, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Contribute to the freshness of our products by baking throughout the day using our in-store ovens.
  • Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, upholding hygiene standards and company policies.

Your Profile:

  • Previous experience in retail sales, particularly within the food service industry, is preferred but not required.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a desire to create positive interactions with every customer.
  • Reliability, dedication, and resilience are essential qualities for success in this role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
