We are a Social Station located in a rural area, seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to elderly individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide empathetic and personalized care to elderly individuals
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support with medication management and administration
- Encourage independence and participation in activities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in healthcare or social care preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
