Position Overview
Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage staff deployment, while mentoring and developing team members.
- Ensure optimal organization of processes and workflows within the operating environment.
- Establish and uphold rigorous standards for operating room practices and hygiene protocols.
- Work collaboratively with the Operating Room Manager to facilitate effective OP coordination.
- Contribute to cost-efficient procurement strategies and inventory oversight.
- Design and implement training initiatives for continuous staff development.
Candidate Profile
Your Qualifications
- Certification as a Specialist in Health and Nursing for Surgical Operations or as an Operating Room Assistant.
- Proven experience in leadership positions, complemented by management training within the healthcare sector.
- Exhibit strong assertiveness and the capability to execute tasks and decisions proficiently.
- Possess attributes such as adaptability, initiative, eagerness to learn, loyalty, resilience, motivation, collaboration, integration, and teamwork.
