About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a School Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional support and guidance to succeed in their academic and personal endeavors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students with special needs
• Assist students in developing social skills and a structured daily routine
• Support students in their daily school activities and provide assistance with daily living tasks

Requirements

• Completed training in special education or a related field
• Experience working with students with special needs is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
