Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Utimaco. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators, monitoring performance indicators, and developing financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
- Develop and maintain Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plans, and Modeling tools.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
- Produce Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports to senior management.
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understanding.
- Develop financial models and analyzes to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management.
- Support senior management teams and department heads with in-depth analysis.
- Prepare presentations to the Board of Directors and Senior Management Team.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA is highly preferred.
- Leadership skills and comprehensive experiences in leading global and virtual teams.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with common ERP and BI systems.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to think creatively and work independently.
- Ability to roll up and work in a hands-on management capacity.
