We are actively seeking a Business Unit Controller to enhance our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational financial management for a specific Business Unit
• Improve Performance Management processes within the Business Unit
• Guarantee clarity across all financial management areas including Sales, Profitability, Product assessments, Services, Fixed expenses, etc.
• Offer insights for enhancement proposals, develop decision-making frameworks, and lead execution
• Assess Business Cases for capital investments, research, and development initiatives
• Establish relevant reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare presentations for management review

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics with a specialization in Financial Management or equivalent professional experience
• Proven track record in developing and refining Financial Management Tools
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and business acumen
• Technological proficiency, experience with Business Intelligence tools is advantageous
• Proficient in both German and English
