About the Role

As a Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and evaluating complaints and deviations, and developing corrective actions in collaboration with functional teams.
  • Ensuring the functionality and consistency of documentation by supervising the Document Management System.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to evaluate process change requests and providing guidance throughout the change workflow.
  • Providing Quality-related Trainings to Site Staff and promoting our exceptional Quality Culture.
  • Conducting and documenting Risk Assessments and internal Audits of the site's processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Leading and supporting Projects to Improve the Quality Management System, driving innovation and excellence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Quality Management and Quality-related Tools.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Quality Management or Quality Assurance.
  • Expertise in Molecular Biology and associated Techniques.
