Your Responsibilities
  • Steer the first-level customer service for our Network Operating Centre (NOC), ensuring a positive customer experience in our high-performance charging network.
  • Manage performance with external and internal service center service providers, tracking KPIs and initiating measures to address deviations.
  • Define end-to-end processes within our NOC, ensuring seamless collaboration between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level service organizations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service quality and operational excellence.
  • Support the growth of our eMobility business.
Your Profile
  • University degree in electrical engineering, business, or a comparable field.
  • Experience in the eMobility industry or customer services industry.
  • Several years of experience in process improvements and customer service organization steering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize workload collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to a new business area.
