Position Overview:

As a key player in the Sales Department at Mercedes-Benz, you will engage with customers and provide expert knowledge on our passenger vehicles. Your role is crucial in enhancing customer experience and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team throughout various stages of customer interaction and the sales journey by leveraging your product expertise.
  • Conduct test drives with potential buyers to showcase vehicle features and performance.
  • Guide customers in vehicle configuration and provide tailored advice based on their needs.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding different models, vehicle functionalities, and equipment operations.
  • Prepare for and execute vehicle deliveries, ensuring a seamless handover process.
  • Design and maintain an appealing sales environment, strategically positioning vehicles to attract customers.
  • Provide information desk services to assist walk-in customers.
  • Plan and coordinate events, offering expert advice during these occasions.

Qualifications:

  • Completed training in a commercial or technical field, or possess a comparable degree.
  • Several years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the automotive sector; certification as a Mercedes-Benz salesperson is a plus.
  • Exceptional technical acumen and a strong affinity for the Mercedes-Benz brand.
  • Proficient in all standard MS Office applications.
