The Role:

Every day, pivotal choices are made within our governmental framework. Imagine leveraging your expertise in International Resource Procurement (IRP) and Collected Valuable Resource Management (CVRM) to aid in these crucial decisions. In today's information-rich environment, a proficient strategist is essential to guide clients through significant decision-making processes. As an IRP and CVRM strategist, your specialized knowledge and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in reviewing, processing, and coordinating Department of Defense Counterintelligence (DoD CI) and Intelligence Integration (I2) strategies, policies, and directives. You will assist the government in formulating CI and I2 strategies and operational proposals, encompassing orders, planning, requirements, and task documentation. If you possess strong analytical capabilities and a solution-oriented approach, we have a chance for you to make a meaningful impact on the Combatant Command team.

In your capacity as an IRP and CVRM strategist, you will engage in administrative counterintelligence collaboration with Combatant Command (COCOM) offices, components, and allied agencies to provide insights on Biometrics, Forensics, IRP, and CVRM. You will synchronize U.S. Military CI collection efforts aligned with U.S. European Command priorities and CI and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) strategic goals concerning Identity Intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in elements, aspects, and U.S. Government organizations related to IRP and CVRM
  • Knowledge of Identity Intelligence, Biometrics, and Forensics
  • Familiarity with Human Signature Analysis
  • Experience in policy analysis and drafting task orders and Combatant Command coordination
  • Background in the European Area of Responsibility (AOR) and NATO
  • Experience in a Joint Combatant Command setting
  • TS/SCI clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in counterintelligence support and analysis, Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Biometrics initiatives in OSI, NCIS, or ACI
  • Familiarity with component biometrics and forensic analysis
  • Experience collaborating with Allied Partners and Organizations
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Certifications in Biometrics Security Professional and Biometrics Security Engineering

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
