We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Leader to oversee our testing operations. This role involves managing a team of professionals and ensuring the successful execution of testing protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing test environments utilizing various software and hardware tools.
- Overseeing the complete Testing Life Cycle, including Test Specification Development, Test Case Design, Test Scripting, Execution, and Reporting.
- Leading and mentoring team members, addressing their queries, and tracking their progress.
- Engaging with clients to comprehend their technical requirements and expectations.
- Estimating project workloads and crafting detailed test plans based on project complexity.
- Conducting Diagnostic and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Testing.
- Working with communication protocols such as CAN, CAN-FD, and LIN.
- Utilizing tools like Vector, DSpace, Trace32, INCA, MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, and PTC Integrity.
- Performing Smoke Tests and Manual Software Testing.
- Implementing Python Automation for database management.
- Debugging source code to resolve intricate defects.
- Processing Functional Safety requirements effectively.
- Engaging in Model-Based Design using MATLAB and Simulink.
- Writing source code in Embedded C and conducting sanity tests.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 9 years of experience in the following areas:
- Requirement Analysis for Application Software Testing (ASW).
- Development of HIL test specifications and scripts using Python, along with execution and report analysis.
- Structured approach to working as a Test Lead.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating offshore activities and customer interactions.
- Ability to manage both offshore and onsite ASW/Testing teams.
- Extensive experience in software testing, execution, debugging, and failure analysis.
- Direct collaboration with customers and offshore team members for coordination, query resolution, reviews, and release activities.
