Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national and regional marketing campaigns, including the creation and management of marketing materials, both online and offline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and procurement, to drive business results.
  • Manage and coordinate relationships with creative and media agencies, partners, and service providers.
  • Oversee social media presence and engage with customers through social media channels.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the Das Futterhaus markets to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Continuously improve processes and optimize regional operations to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with a focus on marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
