This apprenticeship spans 2.5 years, during which you will gain hands-on experience across various branches, engaging directly with customers and exploring diverse banking sectors, including investments, international trade, and credit services.

Theoretical training will be provided through five modules, each lasting 6-7 weeks, at the Berufskolleg am Wasserturm in Bocholt. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in seminars that foster networking with fellow banking apprentices.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will have opportunities for career advancement through the extensive training framework of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken. By attending practical workshops and courses, you can enhance your professional trajectory, potentially advancing to roles such as Team Leader.
