About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at innovation in traffic systems SE. As a key member of our Interdepartment Team, you will play a crucial role in making our toolstack cloud-enabled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement deployment strategies to migrate our software to the Azure Cloud, enabling self-service for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our Development Teams to ensure seamless integration with Azure DevOps, maintaining security aspects throughout.
- Coordinate with our Development Teams to ensure smooth transition to the Cloud, steering the configuration and automation of system creation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Manage and develop our CI/CD Pipeline in TeamCity and Azure DevOps, enabling system integrations with other business processes.
- Ensure the operation of our CI/CD Infrastructure, maintaining its cleanliness and establishing standards.
- Develop guidelines and requirements for software development, focusing on containerization of software and services, and share knowledge with the teams.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A completed technical degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud, with a strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code with Azure, Deployments, and CI/CD Pipelines.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant topics, including Integration Tests, Code Coverage, Security, and Static Code Analysis.
- Powershell, Terraform, and Kubernetes skills are a plus.
- A passion for new technologies and a willingness to work independently and pragmatically.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional role and maintain a high level of overview.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
