Regulatory Reporting Specialist

About the Role
Pictet & Cie (Europe) AG is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Officer to join its European Regulatory Reporting team in Frankfurt am Main. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the production of regulatory and prudential reports for BaFin and the Bundesbank.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete regulatory reporting and establish a framework to control and monitor the quality of data contained in the Bank's reporting.
- Enhance processes based on observations and root cause analysis.
- Interact with regulators and auditors in your area of expertise.
- Work closely with the Data Management department to set up an effective data governance and oversight at Bank level.
- Prioritize the quality of credit risk data and lead the production of the AnaCredit report.
- Stay up-to-date with new developments in regulatory requirements.
- Manage large data sets and participate in the Bank's project to set up a regulatory reporting data warehouse.
Your Profile
- Third-level degree in Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting for banks or in data management.
- Knowledge of capital requirement rules (CRR and CRD) and EBA guidelines.
- Experience in implementing projects related to regulatory reporting and data management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A proven self-starter, eager to learn, with a strong commitment and keen to take on responsibility.
- Excellent command of English, with excellent writing and presentation skills; French would be a plus.
- Excellent IT skills (Excel, VBA, and SQL).
- Knowledge of Abacus360 for regulatory reporting and of Avaloq would be a plus.
