Senior Process Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Analyst to join our team at Advantest Europe GmbH. As a key member of our global transformation team, you will play a critical role in shaping our globally harmonized business processes and data model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all business transformation projects with process and data requirements
  • Act as a senior process and/or senior data analyst on transformation projects
  • Collect business requirements and develop proposals for their fulfillment
  • Analyze processes and user pain points, create user journeys, and develop re-engineered processes
  • Analyze business data and identify data quality issues and their resolution
  • Develop data and KPI definitions and implement them into our global business glossary and data catalog
  • Support the development of a scalable and modular process & data architecture
  • Support, upskill, and train business users on process and data ownership
  • Design and support the implementation of data quality processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or comparable
  • Experience working on transformations in Operations and Supply Chain Management
  • Solid experience with data analysis and data quality initiatives
  • Solid experience with process analysis and process documentation
  • Technical expertise in data models, database design, development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming languages
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, BPMN2.0, or similar
  • Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment
  • Good knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken; German or Japanese is a plus
