Your Responsibilities
  • Coordination of appointments, oversight, and organization of meetings for the management
  • Execution of administrative duties
  • Management of social administrative responsibilities
  • Communication and correspondence with family members, guardians, and relevant authorities
  • Verification of booking and invoicing procedures
Your Qualifications
  • Educational background in office management or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and willing to learn new software
