Marketing Solutions Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Product Development Manager at SOFAR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of our products, analyzing market trends and customer needs, and formulating targeted solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Lead the development of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and innovation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
- Sales Support: Provide pre-sales technical support to our channel partners and customers, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Project Management: Oversee major project bidding schemes, including design, production, tender responses, technical clarifications, product configuration, and optimization.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as electric power, electronics, electrical, or automation.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent reading, writing, and dictation skills.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to independently complete business research, market analysis, and project implementation.
