Im Bereich "Qualität und Prozesse" bei Vector Informatik GmbH, der sich innerhalb des Produktbereichs Embedded Software und Systeme befindet, sind wir eine zentrale Organisationseinheit. Neben der Sicherstellung der Qualität sind wir auch für das Management von Prozessen und Veränderungen verantwortlich.

Rolle
Als Business Process Coordinator arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen zusammen, um Geschäftsabläufe, erforderliche Geschäftsinstrumente und die organisatorische Struktur kontinuierlich zu optimieren. Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, ein strukturiertes Veränderungsmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit den Verantwortlichen der Fachabteilungen zu implementieren und aktiv an Veränderungsprojekten mitzuwirken, um diese von der Konzeptualisierung bis zur Implementierung methodisch und inhaltlich voranzutreiben.

Dein Profil
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in agilen Methoden
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Kenntnisse über Entwicklungsabläufe und moderne Entwicklungsinfrastrukturen
  • Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in ASPICE und ISO26262
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit hinsichtlich der Vorgehensweise und individueller Projektstrukturen
  • Erfahrungen in der Modellierung von Geschäftsabläufen
  • Erfahrungen in der Anforderungsanalyse und der Schnittstelle zur IT
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Deine Aufgaben
  • Förderung und Unterstützung des kontinuierlichen Veränderungsmanagements in den Fachbereichen in Zusammenarbeit mit Prozessverantwortlichen und Prozessdesignern
  • Betreuung und aktive Mitwirkung an Optimierungsprojekten für weltweit gültige Entwicklungsabläufe
  • Analyse und Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Anforderungserhebung und Umsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsteams
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Prozessdokumentationen sowie der Prozessmodellierung im Prozessmanagement-System
  • Schnittstelle zu internen Compliance-Experten zur Sicherstellung der Konformität mit Normen und Standards
  • Initiierung, Leitung, Beratung und Moderation von Arbeitsgruppen und kleinen bis großen Veränderungsprojekten, insbesondere in agilen Umgebungen
