Overview

As a Senior Value Consultant, you will serve as the key liaison for the Divisional Vice President and Director of Sales within Central Europe. Your role will encompass overseeing the division's comprehensive adoption of business cases, advising leadership on which opportunities can utilize self-service resources and which necessitate tailored support. You will facilitate your division's goal-setting initiatives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, leading training sessions and offering personalized coaching to achieve sales objectives while embedding business value into all transactions. Furthermore, you will be tasked with creating scalable value models as new products are introduced and ensuring you remain informed about the Sprinklr product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Solutions Consulting leadership to formulate value-driven engagement strategies, ensuring business value is associated with every opportunity. Business Case Development: Construct customized business cases for major accounts through thorough analysis of current operational states, offering transformation insights, and clearly articulating the business implications of proposed changes. Model Development & Maintenance: Lead the creation of new value models for product launches, collaborating with Go-To-Market teams to ensure that new offerings are grounded in business value. Thought Leadership: Foster both internal and external thought leadership that positions Sprinklr's platform and capabilities within specific industries and use cases. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales Enablement to implement tailored enablement strategies across divisions, focusing on the utilization of the self-service business case toolkit; establish targets for adoption and usage. Impact Measurement & Analysis: Provide real-time insights into business case adoption across divisions; monitor changes in win rates, deal sizes, and deal cycle durations for opportunities that incorporate business value. Training & Development: Deliver ongoing training and development on execution deliverables, regional support models, thought leadership, and other areas related to career advancement.

Desired Qualifications:

Over 5 years of relevant experience in Value Consulting or Value Engineering with a prominent software vendor. Strong executive presence with the ability to distill and convey complex topics to C-Suite audiences. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a strong capability to narrate compelling value-driven stories. Excellent presentation skills, including public speaking, meeting facilitation, and whiteboarding. Proficient in developing ROI models, business cases, value assessments, and perspectives across various industries and clients. Self-motivated with demonstrated adaptability and creativity when addressing challenging problems or projects; capable of adjusting to shifting priorities within a quarterly cycle. Highly analytical and organized in both thought processes and mindset. Passionate about extracting insights from data and modifying strategies accordingly. Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and teamwork across business units (Sales, Success, Solutions Consulting, Product, Product Marketing, Pricing, etc.). Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a field focused on quantitative analysis (e.g., mathematics, engineering, sciences) preferred. MBA preferred.
