Your Responsibilities

• Monitoring the order and overall condition of the properties under care

• Inspecting buildings and technical systems, communicating with users or tenants, and accompanying external contractors

• Performing minor repairs and supporting service technicians with maintenance and repair work, inspections, and technical rounds

• Reporting any detected defects or unusual occurrences

Your Profile

• Completed training as a mechanical engineer for sanitary, heating, and climate technology, or as an electronics engineer for energy and building technology, or as a plumber, or as an installer, with experience in facility management desirable

• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation (MS Word & Excel)

• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking

• Driver's license class B an advantage, but not mandatory

• Willingness to participate in on-call duty for emergency services an advantage, but not mandatory
