We are a dynamic and customer-focused retail company seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at our Kudamm 129 D location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Store Maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Restock shelves, process merchandise, and perform other tasks as needed to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
- Inventory Management
- Assist with receiving and processing inventory, including checking merchandise for damage or defects.
- Help to maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
