Position Overview
We are in search of a proficient and seasoned IT Operations Manager to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and oversee the Enterprise Applications division, offering direction, assistance, and mentorship to team members.
- Manage the deployment, configuration, and upkeep of SAP modules, specifically focusing on SD (Sales and Distribution) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs and convert them into effective IT solutions.
- Steer the planning and execution of SAP initiatives, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices in enterprise applications and SAP technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial capacity, preferably within IT or enterprise applications.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP modules, particularly SD and EWM, with practical experience in implementation and support.
- Fluency in German, with proficiency in either English or Turkish as a secondary language.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing a high-performing team.
