Key Responsibilities

  • Independent execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Coordination of subcontractor services, including procurement and logistics management.
  • Supervision of project progress and workflows, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Financial management and invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Technical inspections and approvals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Effective leadership and communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Several years of experience in construction sites or project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in accounting and estimating software, including project management tools.
  • Strong technical knowledge and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Effective leadership and communication abilities, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
