We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Management Consultant to join our team at THREERUN. As a Senior Management Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business transformation and growth for our clients.

About the Role

As a Senior Management Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT projects, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex IT projects, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to clients on IT project management best practices and industry trends.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on IT project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop tailored solutions.
