Your Expectations:
  • You will collaborate closely with our experienced advisors to deliver strategic consulting and technical expertise to clients during mergers or acquisitions.

  • You will conduct due diligence, develop integration and value creation strategies, and evaluate the technological impact on transactions.

What You Should Bring:
  • You are pursuing a degree with excellent academic performance in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • You are ideally skilled in at least one programming language.
  • You demonstrate a keen interest in technology, tech trends, and business strategy.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • You have proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • You exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
