Deine Rolle
Als Schlüsselperson beim Aufbau unserer neuen Niederlassung hast du die einmalige Chance, die Entwicklung des Standorts aktiv zu gestalten, dein eigenes Team zu formen und ein inspirierendes Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Teamentwicklung und Führung: Aufbau eines motivierten Teams, das sich der Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen widmet. Förderung einer Kultur der Zusammenarbeit, Kreativität und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
- Plattformentwicklung und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen: Umsetzung von Softwareprojekten basierend auf unseren Plattformen und Produkten. Konzeption und Implementierung individueller Softwarelösungen.
- Technologie: Entwicklung innovativer und skalierbarer Backend-Lösungen im .NET-Umfeld sowie ansprechender, benutzerfreundlicher Frontend-Anwendungen unter Verwendung von JavaScript-Frameworks wie Angular oder React. Implementierung neuer Technologien und Best Practices zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Effizienz und Qualität unserer Entwicklungsprozesse.
- Standortaufbau: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Standortleitung zur strategischen Ausrichtung des neuen Standorts. Gestaltung des neuen Büros und der Unternehmenskultur, um ein motivierendes und kollaboratives Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen.
Dein Profil
Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, vorzugsweise im .NET-Umfeld, sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von JavaScript-Frontends mit. Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Innovation und ein starkes Interesse an aktuellen Trends und technologischen Entwicklungen in der Softwarebranche. Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu vermitteln, zeichnen dich aus. Ein Startup-Mindset mit Hands-On-Mentalität und hoher Eigeninitiative sind für dich selbstverständlich. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2-Niveau) runden dein Profil ab.
