Position Overview:

Our client, a leading name in the telecommunications industry, is looking to hire several individuals for the role of Sales Consultant in a Telekom Shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in sales-oriented discussions with customers to understand their needs
  • Ensuring that products are displayed attractively within the sales environment
  • Facilitating the sale of standard products and services, including managing transactions and addressing customer queries
  • Processing customer orders and managing requests for goodwill gestures
  • Assisting in sales initiatives and proactively updating necessary product knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail or sales is preferred (e.g., sales associate, retail specialist, retail merchant)
  • Passion for selling technical products and solutions in the mobile and telecommunications field
  • Familiarity with the Telekom product range or a willingness to learn
